I am the Director of the Department of Management at the Facultad de Administración y Economía (FAE), Universidad Diego Portales, Santiago, Chile.
My research sits at the intersection of psychometrics, organizational behavior, and quantitative methodology. I work with Item Response Theory (IRT), structural equation modeling (SEM), meta-analysis, and advanced scaling methods such as Best-Worst Scaling.
Current research interests include the measurement of dark personality traits (Dark Triad/HEXACO), interpersonal affect regulation in leadership contexts, and Chilean workers’ labor preferences.
I teach Organizational Behavior at the undergraduate level and Organizational Diagnosis in the Master’s in People Management program at UDP.
I received my training at Universidad de La Frontera (UFRO), where I developed a deep commitment to psychometric rigor and research ethics.
