Analítica de Personas [People Analytics]

Program: Magíster en Gestión de Personas · FAE, Universidad Diego Portales

A case-based graduate course that introduces the use of R for solving applied problems in people analytics. Students work through real-world organizational cases, learning to frame HR questions as data problems and to communicate evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders.

Introductory course covering core topics in human behavior within organizations: personality, emotions, motivation, diversity, group dynamics, and leadership.

Organizational Diagnosis

Program: Magíster en Dirección de Personas & Magíster en Control de Gestión · FAE, Universidad Diego Portales

Graduate course that prepares students to design and conduct rigorous organizational diagnoses. Students work with real-world cases applying theoretical frameworks and organizational analysis tools.

Motivation & Incentives

Graduate course exploring models of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, applied to the design of incentive systems in organizations.
